Harvest has advised Zplit Payments AB on its application for authorisation as a consumer credit institution (brokerage). The company was founded in 2023 with the purpose of streamlining car sales between buyers and sellers by providing financing.

The authorisation was granted by Finansinspektionen on 5 October 2023.

Harvest's team comprised Amin Bell (Advokat/Managing Partner) and Amanda Kvarnerås (Associate).
